At the 2025 edition of the Zhongguancun Forum (ZGC Forum)—one of the world’s foremost platforms for technological innovation—a strategic agreement was signed between China and Europe in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This initiative marks a significant step forward in fostering international cooperation in the development of advanced digital technologies.
The agreement brings together four prominent organizations: Kidea S.R.L., an Italian communication and marketing agency; Beijing RealAI Smart Technology Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese enterprise in the AI sector; Insider Culture & Media S.R.L., a leading Italian company in public relations; and Beijing Zhongguancun Overseas Science Park Co., Ltd., the international innovation hub associated with Zhongguancun, often referred to as the "Silicon Valley of China."
The partnership aims to promote AI development in Europe, with Insider Culture & Media and Kidea acting as RealAI’s exclusive European representatives. It ensures full compliance with General Data Protection Regulation through infrastructure located entirely within the EU. The collaboration also fosters academic exchange with Tsinghua University and supports AI applications in key sectors such as transport, tourism, agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, and digital security.
This agreement not only underscores the potential for transparent and strategic cooperation between China and Europe in the field of AI but also sets a precedent for ethical, secure, and mutually beneficial technological development on a global scale.
