Royal brings extensive experience in serving multinational clients in the field of intellectual property, particularly patents. She has a strong track record in patent searches and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and maintains a notably high success rate in patent invalidation proceedings. Prior to entering private practice, she worked as a patent engineer at a major internet company, where she gained valuable experience in corporate intellectual property management and strategy.   Valentine de le Court  Partner at Osborne Clarke, Brussels Valentine de le Court is a Belgian lawyer and a leading expert in intellectual property law, with a particular focus on cross-border patent litigation and enforcement strategies in Europe. Currently a partner at Osborne Clarke in Brussels, he advises global companies on IP protection and disputes. From 2014 to 2018, Valentine lived in Shanghai, where he worked for a local IP firm with a strong international department. This experience gave him deep insight into how Chinese companies approach IP protection and enforcement on a global scale.
