第11届中国国际光电博览会将于2009年9月6日至9日在深圳会展中心举行，总展出面积70000M2。届时，三大专业展会--光通信传感与激光红外展；精密光学展；LED展同期展出，将汇聚超过2100家国内外光电企业亮相，展示当前世界光电产业最新产品与技术。CIOE2008展会期间，共有来自美国、德国、日本、法国、意大利、俄罗斯、瑞士、韩国以及港澳台共54个国家和地区的65000余名专业买家和观众亲临展会现场，参与光电产品采购与行业交流。英国、日本、德国光电协会分别组织企业以采购团、商务团的形式在展会现场进行形式多样的商务洽谈。2009年，光博会将更加重视专业买家和观众的邀请工作，全面拓宽CIOE在全球领域的品牌形象宣传，充分实现CIOE2009"与国际接轨--打造国际精品展会"的既定目标。
