On October 28th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), together with its Young Professionals Network and the Association of Young Italians in China (AGIC), and supported by the Bocconi Alumni Beijing Chapter, held the first Beijing edition of the Interviews Series format, titled “From Vision to Career”, at PALA PALA Restaurant.
The event brought together over 20 participants, including students and young professionals, who gathered to hear about the professional journeys, strategic insights on Italy-China relations, and perspectives on career development and leadership in international contexts — finding inspiration from the three guest speakers:

The discussion, moderated by Marco Di Biasi, AGIC Board Member and Master’s student in Interpreting at Beijing Foreign Studies University, featured active audience engagement. Participants interacted directly with the speakers, fostering an open and dynamic exchange between those already navigating the China market and those beginning their professional journey.

Following the interviews, a networking aperitif provided by PALA PALA Restaurant gave the perfect opportunity for attendees to connect further, continue the conversation with the speakers, and enjoy authentic Italian cuisine.
