Job description:

RsA Asia is hiring new finance managers for the Shanghai office. Candidates shall have an international background and be based in China with Audit experience in big 4 as a plus.

Candidates shall be ready to travel in China and South East Asia and interested in a long term in Shanghai or other Asian locations.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct reviews on accounting books, financial reports and evaluation reports

-Assist clients in tax and accounting issues

-Perform internal audits and provide outsourcing services for Accounting and Internal Audit Departments

-Different types of consulting assignments such as due diligent, compliance reviews, accounting management, IFRS reclassification

-Manage a team of Chinese CPA and Accountants

Education Background:

Requirements:

Bachelor/Master degree majoring in accounting, finance, economics;
Professional qualifications: CPA, Auditor is preferred;
Minimum of two years in Audit, Tax, Accounting in China
Practical experience in financial DD, company evaluation, accounting, audit and internal audit;
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English (Chinese is a plus);
Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements.
